Saying “Serenity Now” to bypass and avoid your emotions, while trying to suppress your stress during the holidays is not only a recipe for disaster, but also unhealthy. You know where it is going… you will inevitably lose your cool and explode. BOOM!
Avoiding, bypassing, and suppressing are not the tools that will help you manage all the extra feelings and added stress that have become part of the holiday season. Whether you are new to meditation or are an experienced meditator, Navigating the Holidays, will teach you the tools of breathwork and weekly guided meditations to help you find a place of inner stillness and strip away the stress.
What does the Holiday Series include?
Twelve 45-minute live, interactive, group Zoom sessions, which include instruction, guided meditation, questions and discussion
Guided meditation with a new mantra each week
Practice breathwork techniques
Tips on how to build and keep a consistent practice during the holidays
Supportive online community
The Details
Dates: Wednesday, October 18, 2023 – January 3, 2024
Time: 7:00 pm EST (sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend)
Frequency: Every Wednesday for 12 weeks between those dates
Length of Session: 45-minutes and sessions take place on Zoom
