When I first started meditating, I downloaded an app, I tried all the different techniques available, including sitting on the floor doing the hand gestures, I also spent a lot of time each day trying to choose the “right” one to do, even skipping meditation somedays because the search took too long, which left my practice inconsistent.
Now, I use my own personal mantra, which takes less than 30 minutes a day, and the more simplified and comfortable my practice becomes, the more it grows.
And no, I don’t have a monthly membership or sit on the floor.
The truth is meditation does not have to be this complicated process of learning multiple techniques and sitting in uncomfortable positions for it to work. In fact, in my experience the simpler it is, the more effective it is.

In this live online 90-minute session on Zoom you will discover Primordial Sound Meditation’s easy to learn technique, its history, the scientifically proven benefits of meditation, and how your mantra is chosen. You will also participate in a group meditation so you can immediately experience how good it feels after you meditate.

What’s Primordial Sound Meditation?
I am certified to teach the Primordial Sound Meditation technique. This ancient technique has been tried and tested for thousands of years. After conferring with Vedic scholars in the U.S. and India, this technique was revived, systematized, and made accessible to everyone by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon.
Although the name is new by yogic standards, Primordial Sound Meditation originates in India’s ancient Vedic tradition – the same tradition taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
